So last night I was trying to figure out which recipe I would make since I had put out some ground turkey to thaw.  I had 2 choices from the recipes I had picked on Saturday, either Sloppy Joe Meatloaf or Stuffed Cabbage Strata.  I chose the later. This recipe has quite a few steps, but stick with it it is totally worth it.

1/2 c oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 c sugar
3 c quick oatmeal
2 tsp baking powder

I have not been one to think of my life as much of anything that anyone would want to read about.  But, I guess if I didn't think people would read this then why did I start it in the first place. When I mute the tv I hear what he is saying.  And oh my...he is yelling, "Fire.  Someone there is a fire out here."  By the time I look out my door he has gotten the hose from my complex and turned on the water and he is putting out a small fire. Not that I have much of one as an adult in the corporate world, but our church shrinks in terms of adults now.  Over the summer we run a summer program for K-6th graders.  The morning is a reading program and the afternoon is vacation Bible school with some play time.  We have interns come and they really run the program.
