Scary

So, I'm sitting here this afternoon in my chair takin' a little snooze and I am woken up by a guy yelling outside. When I mute the tv I hear what he is saying. And oh my...he is yelling, "Fire. Someone there is a fire out here." By the time I look out my door he has gotten the hose from my complex and turned on the water and he is putting out a small fire. There is a tree/shrub that is gone. He told me he was probably about 2 to 3 blocks away, saw the smoke and came over to see what was up. None of the other tenants in my complex came out when he was yelling fire. I called the complex manager who lives down the street and told them about it. She then called the police and fire to come out and take a look at it to make sure it was not intentional. But if the "good samaritan" had not come by, I think this complex would have been in trouble. I thank God that someone saw it and put it out. I wish I had a camera to take a picture to show you what it looks like, but my older brother has it currently. Anyway, many thanks to the "good samaritan" and God for keeping me safe this afternoon.
